Linda Dickson is a Speech Pathologist who retired from Colorado Springs School District 11, and from her private practice, Dickson Speech Pathology, in 2021. She received her master’s degree from San Jose State University in 1980, after receiving her BA in Speech Pathology and a minor in music. Moving to Colorado Springs more than 30 years ago from California, she still thinks the snow is magic and will take more of
it! She has served on boards at Covenant Presbyterian Church and LightSys Technology Services and has volunteered in many capacities such as hosting pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, working with foster children through CASA, and various activities at church. She plays clarinet with the New Horizons Band
of Colorado Springs and in informal chamber groups and has at least 10 different musical instruments around the house that she has dabbled with over the years. She also hikes, knits, reads, and travels.
